I worked on this album with the specific intent of creating music to calm down your mind during difficult times or just to help you relax when you need it. I wanted to create a spiritual and deep listening experience, but at the same time I needed it to be a simple and humble composition speaking directly to your heart and mind.

There is sadness, but also joy. I hope you will enjoy this and I hope it will quiet down your mind as it quieted mine during the process of making it.
